The Appalachian Fair hosts our 4-H Grill Master contest. 4-H also offers biscuits during the week of the fair – sometimes complete with jam and butter! Look below for the dates. We are happy to post a link to the fair’s web site.
4-H Exhibits
August 22-27: held daily from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
4-H Biscuit Baking
The Eastern Region 4-H’ers ( from Carter, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington Counties) bake biscuits to share with fair attendees. Food City of Gray, Tennessee provides the ingredients and our 4-H’ers bake ’em up! Take a look at when your county will be participating in this project and get involved!
