Bread Baking at
the Fair!

4-H'ers demonstrate bread baking at
the Appalachian and Tennessee Valley Fairs. White Lily provides the flour,
the fairs provide monies for the other ingredients and the Eastern Region
4-H'ers bake, bake and bake!

The 2008 Appalachian Fair welcomed 4-H'ers to demonstrate their
biscuit baking skills during the week. 4-H'ers from Carter, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington Counties baked and shared with fairgoers the
results of their labors. |

4-H'ers also demonstrated their
baking skills at the 2007 Tennessee Valley Fair. Anderson, Blount, Campbell,
Claiborne, Grainger, Hamblen, Hancock, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier and Union
Counties all baked biscuits for the fairgoers. |
